myst of darkness

My name is Myst :) and i have been playing World of Warcraft since 2004 

Prior to 2004 : I played alot of Warcraft and Diablo as well as other games like Final Fantasy, Zelda Games, Balders Gate and more . 

I started gaming when i was 6 years old . My first gaming device was a Sega Master System which was  an 8-bit third-generation home video game console and i also had a computer in the house that was mainly bought by my dad to help me learn things like shapes and stuff .  There was also an atari in the house but i didnt really play it . I played a bit of it before he bought me the Sega and then after that i was occupied by every new console lol I have had every single console to release . I was lucky to have a dad that bought me my first one at a young age and then by the time the Gamecube came out (which became one of my favorite consoles) , i was on my own making my own money and was able to buy almost anything i wanted lol I say almost because i did become a parent in my 20's so i had other obligations as well . 

 In the early 90's i became a Playstation gamer as well . Was a big fan of Grand Turismo and loved a game called Destruction Derby ! 

In the early 2000's i bought my XBOX and was always inviting friends over to play Halo with me :)

I also played alot of the first Unreal Tournament  on PC. I was quite invested in that game for a really long time.

It really was the release of World of Warcraft in 2004 that made me really commit to pc gaming though ! 

For a long time World of Warcraft  and Final Fantasy were my two main games i played . 

Nowadays ive gone back to my roots of playing many different games but for the past 20 years , its been just World of Warcraft . I was hugely invested in that game . I have 40,000 hours in that game as of 2025 with 40K achievements, almost 1000 mounts, 2000 pets and many more !
